招聘岗位：英国管培生
- 录取的员工先在马来西亚培训，3-6个月之后，合格的人员就会调动到英国，公司会包办工作签证。

岗位职责：
- 管理培训生是公司为了长远发展，保持持久竞争力，而不断注入新生力量，自主培养企业未来团队管理人员的人才储备计划；
- 管培生由各部门负责人指定导师进行专项培养；
- 培养方式主要以轮岗为主，入职专业知识培训、业务能力培训、通用技能培训为辅；
- 管培生将通过轮岗了解集团业务运营及熟悉岗位工作情况，拥有“基层经验，全局视野”，经过考核后定岗。
底薪：26200英镑++ / 年起 ( 大约一个月2183.33英镑)

Position: UK Trainee
The hired employees will first be trained in Malaysia, after 3-6 months, qualified employees will be transferred to the UK and the company will underwrite the work visa.
During the training period in Malaysia, employees will be paid on the Malaysia HaiDiLao payroll system.
Job Description:
- Management trainee is the company in order to long-term development, to maintain lasting competitiveness, and constantly inject new forces, independent training enterprise future team management personnel reserve plan;
- Management trainees are appointed by the head of each department to carry out special training of tutors;
- The training method is mainly based on job rotation, supplemented by entry-level professional knowledge training, business ability training and general skills training;
- The trainees will learn about the Group’s business operations and familiarise themselves with the work situation of their positions through job rotation, have “grassroots experience and global vision”, and will be appointed to their positions after assessment.
Basic salary: £26,200++ / year (approximately £2,183.33 a month)
