We are hiring! To candidates with Not Specified which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, we DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as executive, people services helpdesk (hr) and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

- To answer employee’s questions received via the designated hotline (chat page) and emails.
- To guide and educate employees on the procedures, guidelines and policies.
- To direct employees request to the correct channel / party / reference point
- To create answer guide / template for FAQs
- To compile frequents queries – creating chatbox
- To manage emails and calls within timeframe/SLA
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
- Able to make recommendations to improve processes and service delivery
Requirements :
- Degree in any related field with at least 1 year of helpdesk experience or customer service. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Must be able to speak and write in English and BM fluently. Adverse in Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien are added advantage.
- Customer driven and positive attitude.
- Has the ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Has the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to conduct research widely, absorb and retain information quickly.
