We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:
- Source for vendors as per Purchase Requisitions
- Issue and check all Purchase Orders
- Ensure that materials are purchased from approved part list and approved vendor list
- Assist in qualification of new vendors
- Maintain and update of new vendor list
- Ensure cost effectiveness by negotiating for the best price and quality of material purchased
- Liaise with various section/department heads and facilitate the purchase of all materials required
- Perform other clerical and typing work in the purchasing Department
- Practice the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in Purchasing Department
- Liaison with Custom Department related to custom procedures
- Filing and disposing of quality record
- To be accountable for consistent application of Quality and Environmental Management system effectiveness throughout the department
- To ensures that all the staff within the department complies with and support in the Quality, Safety and Health, Environment program, policies, procedures of Quality and Environmental Management system requirements.
- Other duties assign by Section Head from time to time
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing
- Computer literate, aggressive, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with lower qualifications but with minimum 5 years related experience will be considered
