The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Description
- Handle and liaise with sales and marketing department and solicitors to schedule sale and purchase agreement signing appointments and preparation of required documentation.
- Perform data entry into the developer system and generate e-SPA from existing system and ensure regularly updated with accurate information.
- Closely monitor and proactively follow up on progress billing to ensure timely collection.
- Liaise with external solicitor for Sub-Sale, Refinancing and Public Auction correspondences and documentation
- Follow up with solicitors and purchasers for Perfection of Transfer and Charge, serving reminders and closure of HDA
- Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant department on pre-handling over vacant possession such as preparation of relevant documents and fees in order to achieve timely delivery of vacant possession to purchasers.
- Execute all sales administration and credit control functions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the company in order to achieve high level of operational work efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and consolidate weekly reports to management.
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration. Courses related to Property Development and Estate Management will be an added advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in property conveyancing procedure is added advantage
- Familiar with sales booking system MHub (or any other similar system)
- Familiarity with sales administration and credit control process is added advantages
- Team Player and willing to work extended hours
