The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibility:-
- To execute sales and marketing of feeds with emphasis on ruminants feed like cattle and goat feeds.
- Develop, propose, discuss and implement a sales strategies under the direction of Sales & Marketing Manager with the company’s sales target and long term business goals for feeds.
- Responsible for sales volume to a designated group of customers, including managing the account receivables in line with the company’s credit policy.
- Responsible for introduction and application of Total Solution Selling Approach (Nutrition, Feed Formulation, Feed Manufacturing, Farm Management and Financial/ Risk Management.) to ensure customer’s need are met.
- Work in close liaison with Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure accurate pricing.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to promote company’s new and existing products to customer and prospects.
- Work in close liaison with Sales and Marketing Manager in carrying out demonstration trials and collection of growth data if the need arise.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / or any discipline with equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on job training and guidance will be provided.
- High degree of independence, personal initiative and motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. (proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage)
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
