The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To work in a team to ensure team members and individual monthly sales targets are met for Mortgages, Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products, Deposits, Cards and any other products determined by Management from time to time.
  • To plan and coordinate sales activities for the team in order to meet the targets and to ensure these sales activities are actively carried out.
  • To engage in periodic meetings/briefing with Sales Team to update and follow-up on status of sales activities and achievement of targets.
  • To ensure high productivity for sales staff.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proactively drive sales and marketing activities 2. Actively solicit new tie-up and business developments
  • Arrange and attend sales launches
  • Coordinate and attend Campaigns
  • Run Road Shows and Blitz / Drive internal campaigns 3. Establish and maintain relationship with Developers / Solicitors / Valuers / Real Estate agents / Solar Providers etc. as part of Business Development Activities and networking
  • Enhance current Developer / REA base by soliciting for new contacts from time to time
  • Ensure that the monthly sales targets set by the management of the bank is met.
  • To conduct Market research and do benchmarking on competitors and propose enhancement of existing products/ sales incentive plans etc.
  • Actively follow through with Approving Authorities / Consumer Operations to ensure loan is approved / disbursed accordingly.
  • Coordinate the cross-selling and referral for other product owners and to ensure that referrals are followed through within the defined SLA.

OTHERS

1. To act as Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Coordinator and ensure that

BCP documents for hub is up-to-date. To immediately escalate to HQ

for any event which may cause business disruptions at hub.

2. To act as Operational Risk Coordinator (ORC) for hub.

i) Support DRCO to implement procedures and assist them in

identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing and reporting their

operational risks.

ii) Escalate issues, risks and operational defects (loss and near misses’

events) to DRCO in a timely manner.

3. To ensure sales team is

always complying to Regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s

policies and procedures. Any request from Regulators and internal

parties (Group Compliance, Group Risk, Group Audit etc.) are to be

attended to in a timely manner.

4. Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met and attend to

audit / regulatory queries within stipulated time frame.

5. To ensure that complaint against business and/or sales staff is

addressed and resolved within the stipulated timeline. To assist DRCO in

finding out the root cause for complaints and coming up with action

plans to reduce complaint reoccurrence.

6. To ensure effective implementation of Audit standards/Compliance /

Code of Ethics to be adhered to.

7. To manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when necessary
