- Work on all purchase requisition assigned and ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure the requests from end-users are handled appropriately in accordance with approved policies and procedure.
- Analyse exercise and to propose changes for improvement in procurement policies and workflows.
- Clarify product specifications, cost estimation and project logistics.
- Advise / Assess on sourcing proposals.
- Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals.
- Manage non-conformities in delivery schedules and products.
- Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.
- Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes.
- Prepare vendor category and spend analysis reports.
- Review bid submissions.
Requirement
- Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement or stock control management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with excellent customer service.
