Job Scope:
- Undertaking technical troubleshooting, assessment, repair of products.
- Arrange appointment & attend on site service to resolve technical issues by co-ordination with in-house technical team and service partners.
- Component and spare-part planning and management.
Required Skill(s):
- Well communication and coordination with customers & internal staff.
- Handling and arranging daily task independently.
- Troubleshoot product and solve technical issue timely and professionally.
Other requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina
- At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably technician specialized in furniture fittings, architectural hardware and electrical appliances or equivalent.
