In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Professional qualifications ie CA, CPA, CMA
- More than 5 years/more working experiences in Finance/Accounting, especially in FP&A& management reporting/costing.
- Preferably with background in manufacturing/consumer products industry
- Positive and can-do attitude, proactive, committed and possess strong communication skills
- Able to interact at all levels and work under tight deadline
- Able to work independently and with minimal direction and supervision
- Must be detail oriented with good analytical skills and a good team player
- Expert/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience connecting or dealing with multiple data sources
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and new report development are added advantage
- Able to work in Mentakab
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly forecasting, annual business plan and long range forecast
- Assist in consolidation of reporting and forecasting
- In charge of financial performance measurement, detailed variance analysis against operating plan
- Coordinate and submit FP&A reporting requirements and calendar to local and regional management
- Make recommendation, maintain and develop analytical frameworks, templates and financial models in accordance with Business needs
- Work closely with accounting team for closing and analysis every month
- Provide regular or ad hoc financial data and analysis to support strategic decision making and business presentations
- Work closely with sales team to roll out products/market profitability performance
- Assist on cost control, monitoring, target/KPI setting, Kaizen performance evaluation & support operational costs improvement
- Handle any ad hoc assignments given from management
