At present, we hold the position of being the largest IT retail company in Malaysia and potentially one of the most efficient globally, showing remarkable growth since the onset of the pandemic.

In the year 2022 & 2023, our company experienced significant expansion, going from 2 branches to 50. Currently, we have set our sights on achieving the establishment of our 100th branch before the year concludes.

With a current workforce of 300 employees, our objective is to provide at least 500 job opportunities throughout Malaysia by the end of this year, extending an invitation to talented individuals to join our team.

As our company undergoes rapid expansion across Malaysia, the need arises to recruit more leaders who can efficiently oversee our branches. These skilled leaders will work closely with our Meta-powered AI social media advertising, which operates 24/7 and directs customers to our branches or social media platforms.

It is worth mentioning that we are among the few companies in Malaysia operating on a large scale that offers budget-friendly laptops priced below RM100, accompanied by a one-year warranty and a complimentary smartphone or all-in-one printer.

In your role as the Sales Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continual growth and performance of both the branch and the overall business of the company.

What is the role about?

• You will be assigned as a trial Sales Manager for a duration of three months, taking an active role in managing the operations and sales performance of the branch.

• During the first month, you will be stationed at our Ipoh branch (HQ), working alongside other Sales Managers while also striving to meet your personal sales target for the month, as designated by the company.

• In the second month of the trial period, you will be relocated to your designated branch and collaborate with a team comprising 3 to 5 Sales Executives and Technicians. This will mark your initial individual challenge as a Branch Manager, where your goal will be to achieve a minimum of 50% monthly sales growth compared to the previous month.

• Moving on to the third month, which serves as the final month of your trial, you and your team will be tasked with achieving a 100% increase in monthly branch sales compared to the cumulative performance of the previous two months. Successful completion of this challenge will conclude your trial period.

Marketing & advertising that will be provided by company :

• Digital marketing (Facebook Ads) RM10,00 to RM30,00 a month dedicated to your branch.
• Malaysia mainstream Radio (Era FM, Sinar FM, Suria FM, Hot FM Gegar).
• 100 Billboards along PLUS & LPT highway.

• Your primary focus will be on effectively engaging with walk-in customers both in-store and through digital channels. Essentially, your task is to attract as many walk-in customers as possible by leveraging the company’s social media advertising, and subsequently, you and your team will work towards converting them into sales.

• It is important to note that outdoor sales or marketing activities are strictly prohibited to ensure an efficient working environment within our shop. However, exceptions may be granted with management approval.

• As the Sales Branch Manager, you will work closely with the staff, overseeing their productivity and efficiency in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

• Your role also involves nurturing and developing the potential of the branch’s personnel. You will provide training, coaching, and motivation to your team, aiming to bring out their best performance.

Who we are looking?

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong background in marketing and sales.
• Previous experience in a managerial role.
• Willingness to travel and be based in any of our branch offices.

• Advertising and lead (prospect) will be provided by the HQ
• Support from the Branch Manager will actively connect and engage with the prospect given for indoor sales and marketing activities.
• The sales team doesn’t need to find a prospect, as HQ will provide that.
• The sales team doesn’t need to do outdoor marketing.
• Internal training opportunity in Ipoh, HQ office.
