We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Sales Development Executive (All states in Malaysia) and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Sales or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): multi tasking, communication skill, negotiation skill, retail, reporting skill.
- Required language: English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in any location all across Malaysia as per assigned by the Company. (Current vacancies in Kedah, Kuantan, Mentakab, Sarawak, Tawau, Kelantan & Batu Caves)
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Full-Time position available.

RESPONSIBILITIES;-
- Collaborate with Subsidiaries and Sales Management to identify target accounts for prospecting into.
- Cold calling, relationship building, follow up through emails, qualification of potential opportunities and nurturing long term opportunities.
- Consultatively build relationships with existing accounts & new prospects.
- Identify relevant new business opportunities.
- Efficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into new business sales.
- Research and build new and existing prospect accounts.
- Sending regular reports through emails, monthly meeting.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to secure new business.

In 1984, the first batch of ADABI products rolled off from a small factory in Batu Caves Light Industries Area. Since then, our venture has grown immensely. Today, ADABI has become a household name in the food manufacturing business, with over 33 types of products under 4 main categories ; Powdered Spice Mix, Processed Paste, Soya Sauce and Flour Mix.
Our steady market growth over the year has prompted us to expand. From Batu Caves, ADABI shifted to bigger factories in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area in 1986 and additional plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in 1990 and 1992. With an ever escalating customer demand, the company shifted to its own factory and office premises located in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park in November 1996 to successfully cater to their individual and market needs.
Our successes and achievements thus far can be credited to our founder and CEO of the company, Dato' Syed Manshor Syed Mahmood, who with initial staff strength of 25 people was able to carry the company to its present status :
