For candidates who reside in Tawau and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Building/Construction & Civil/Construction and possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:-
- To direct report to Executive Director and Project Director;
- To involve in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects;
- To involve in project implementation and operation;
- To involve in project technical evaluation;
- To determine engineering issues and viable solutions;
- To establish technical specifications to meet requirements;
- To schedule and monitor program activities to achieve an “on-time” result;
- To attend regular client consultant meeting, and chair project site meetings and report to Directors on project progress; and
- To liaise with all parties involved in the project such as coordination with external consultants, contractors, suppliers, local approval authorities and etc.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent;
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in building industry;
- Salary will commensurate with relevant experience;
- A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision; and
- Good communication, negotiation and resolving problem skills.
