Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
•At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
•In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
•Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
•Proven track record of implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
•Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growth.
•Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
•Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
•Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
