We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 7,000 - RM 9,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supervision of construction work based on architectural and structural designs and specifications on site
· Create project work schedules, monitor project progress, and adjust them as needed to meet project deadlines.
· Quality control of construction work
· Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
· Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
· Manage and supervise in-house workers if required
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in civil and structural engineering, construction, building, or equivalent.
· Very good understanding of Architectural, M &E, and C&S drawings.
· Able to communicate in Mandarin and English very well
· Able to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.
· At least 5 years of working experience in building construction
· Previous experience in project management and structural designing will be an advantage
· Good management and problem-solving skills on site
