Our company Kruvent Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of account executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Handle petty cash daily/monthly report
- Record all trade and non-trade payable transactions (including intercompany invoices) accurately and in a timely manner in the accounting system. Ensure that invoices are properly verified and approved in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly reconciliation between SOA vendors and internal records in the accounting system, resolving any discrepancies that are identified.
- Review and ensure accuracy of the vendor details in Vendor Masterlist.
- Assist in executing improvement process and supporting other departments for any matters related to Account Payable functions.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly and any other AP reports required with strict adherence to given deadline.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient month-end closing.
- Perform daily, monthly, or quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle inter-company reconciliation & reports monthly
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting statement, analysis and report.
- Process payments in a timely manner by creating vendor payment proposals/payment vouchers in the accounting system and executing payments through the online banking portal or by issuing cheques, adhering to group policies and procedures.
- Prepare SST returns, purchase and payables reconciliation and ensure submission and SST payment to relevant tax authority on time.
- You will be tasked with opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance/ Economics
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Have good knowledge in financial regulations
- Excellent analytics and numerical skills
- Computer literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft Suite & ERP
- Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
- Interest in managing accounting activities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks
- Able to have the aptitude to work calmly and not crack under pressure
