Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Senior Service and Maintenance Engineer. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities :
- To arrange repair, service and maintain machineries, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation on production flow.
- To schedule, conduct and follow up preventive maintenance plan and monitor the execution to ensure machineries and equipment always upkeep in good condition.
- To follow up the process of spare part inventory and procurement costs to ensure it is properly managed all the time.
- To handle and analyze machine and equipment parts failure and to propose and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence and minimize downtimes.
- To ensure maintenance technician are instilled and abided to safety rules and regulation.
- To maintain safety and health policies and procedures.
- Responsible in measuring equipment calibration.
- Responsible in company vehicle repair and service.
- To handle customer complaint and monitor site service arrangement.
- To ensure site services are attended with correct technical application toward the specifications.
- To record and analyze site service findings and follow up with corrective and preventive action.
- To lead and manage maintenance and technician team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Solidwork, AutoCAD
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel)
- Discipline with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and aggressive
- Candidates with experience will be an added advantage
