Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Accountant / Finance & Account Manager. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 7,000 - RM 10,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Key Responsibilities
1.Preparation of Financial Statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Tax Returns, financial forecasts & Governmental Agency Reports.
2.Timely, Accurate Reconciliation & Closing of Month End/Year End of Accounting Modules.
3.Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Schedules to include Uncompleted Contracts (Order in Hand), Gross Profit, Overhead, Fixed Asset, Depreciation & Loans.
4.Ensuring financial records keeping methods are as required by standards and regulations.
5.Prepare & Analyse Work-In-Progress Reports & Job Cost Analysis Reports.
6.Meet with Senior & Project Management to Review Job Status & Performance Against Budget. Analyze Actual vs. Expected Results, Identifying the Cause of Variance or Trend.
7.Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Record Monthly Entries for Depreciation, Additions & Disposals, A/R Billing & Reconciliations with Cash Management and Cash-flow forecasting.
8.Review and authorize all payments ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals.
9.Periodically analyse data and review the financial reports to advise top management on cost reduction areas and profit optimization suggestions.
10.Budgets – coordinate the development and monitoring of the Group budgets and financial forecasting including Board reporting.
11.Reporting to relevant stakeholders –
11.1 Communicate on timely and accurate information.
11.2 Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual financial reporting.
11.3 Coordinate the preparation and communication of annual financial statement and board reports
12.Ensuring timely provision of financial and statistical reports for management and HQ.
13.Liaison with external auditors to ensure that audits are properly planned, carried out and that financial reports are prepared within set timelines.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree and/or ACCA.
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of managerial working experience is mandatory for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Transfer Pricing for related party transaction.
- Accounting experience in Engineering firm is a preference and an advantage.
- SQL & SAP Accounting software knowledge.
