To candidates with Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Engineering & Other Engineering, we Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as assistant supervisor - paint shop operation and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Kulim and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

1. JOB PURPOSE
- Mengetuai Line Leader dan kumpulan pengeluaran bagi mencapai objektif kualiti dan produktiviti syarikat.·
- Melaksanakan aktiviti penambahbaikan (sekiranya ada)
- Membantu Supervisor dalam memantau pelaksanaan polisi dan prosedur kerja, mengawal keberkesanan proses dan mesin melalui kaedah; Man, Machine, Material, Method & Environment (4M +1E) untuk mencapai objektif pengeluaran.
2. JOB CONTENT
- Memastikan sasaran pengeluaran tercapai dari segi output dan produktiviti.
- Memastikan sasaran kualiti tercapai.
- Untuk memimpin, memotivasi dan melahirkan kakitangan pengeluaran yang cekap dan berkesan.
- Memastikan produktiviti dan aktiviti peningkatan kualiti, terutamanya dari segi proses dan metodologi yang berterusan.
- Melatih Line Leader mengikut skil/kemahiran berdasarkan kepada OJT.
- Memastikan keperluan-keperluan pengeluaran adalah mencukupi.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas rutin dalam menyelenggara peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengeluaran bagi memastikan aktiviti pengeluaran berjalan lancar.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk aktiviti 5S.
- Bertanggungjawab memberi laporan status output/input 2 kali sehari.
- Memastikan semua tugas adalah mengikut polisi kualiti syarikat.
- Mengikut semua polisi syarikat dari masa ke semasa.
- Peduli dan bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan dan kesihatan diri sendiri serta pekerja lain akibat perlakuan atau kecuaian pekerja tersebut.
3. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
Education / Professional Qualification
- Minimum SPM/PMR dan setaraf.
Professional Experience
- Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Mempunyai daya kepimpinan yang tinggi, komited dan berdedikasi.
