This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Kulim and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

1.  JOB PURPOSE 

  • To lead and manage the Employee Relation section in every aspect of Employee Relation activities as well as other tasks assigned.

2.  JOB CONTENT

  • To lead the Employee Relation Section on the annual company events by planning the annual activities, advising on the appointment of the working committee, execution of the activity, and leading the post-mortem upon completion of each activity. (80% completion of execution).
  • Prepare, monitoring and reporting of budget vs actual for each annual company events and activities.
  • Drive cost-saving activity for ER by streamline potential unnecessary expenses.
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Locker Management System and closely monitoring on Locker condition from time to time.
  • Ensure the Jamming studio and other facilities are well maintained.
  • Drive improvement activities or upgrading of facilities provided for employees. 
  • Ensure CSR activities – UPSR Educational (tuition), School Financial Aids, Raya Financial Aids, Collection for Donation is well carried out.
  • To lead and coordinate plantwide GEES, compile the result, and come up with the approved action plans.
  • Collaborate and support Group or Motors activities when necessary.
  • Ensuring effective communication with employees through various communication channels and platforms.
  • Visit employees when necessary, i.e. prolong illness, MVA, disasters.
  • Established effective rapport with Union.
  • To manage internal communication.
  • Ensure all relevant documents related to ISO are properly updated according to the latest standard.
  • To ensure subordinate discipline and work ethics to the highest standard·
  • To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974)
  • Document control: Monitoring control of departmental documents by ensuring approved documents being registered, remain legible and readily identifiable with relevant versions of applicable documents are available.
  • Any other jobs that may be assigned by superior from time to time within scope of work and authority.

3.  KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

Education / Professional Qualification

  • Degree in Human Resource or other related discipline

Professional Experience

  • At least two years’ experience in Human Resource spectrum or another related field. Familiar with Employment Act and Company Policy.
