Our company San Soon Seng Food Industries Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of accounts assistant executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Responsible for AP payment and monitoring.
- Carry out all relevant AP activities as required.
- Verify invoices and perform invoice processing activities.
- Respond to stakeholders or vendors’ enquiries and resolve any dispute between parties.
- Prepare vendor reconciliation and vendor data maintenance.
- Conduct data entry of accounting entries into company’s system.
- Be responsible for payment distribution.
- Compilation of vendor payment records.
- Monitor and ensure all approved invoices are paid within credit term.
- Review Bank Reconciliation to ensure all transactions have been properly taken up and to detect error.
- Verify and ensure all transactions in AP have been approved and taken into accounts timely and accurately for closing purpose.
Requirements:
- Candidate MUST willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh
- Minimum Three(3) years related working experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with attention to details and accuracy
- Computer literate and good in MS Excel and SAP accounting software
