This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Type letters, generate reports/ documents and maintain accurate files.
  2. Maintain the inventory of stationeries, IT and all other assets.
  3. Maintain accurate records and complete computer data entry tasks.
  4. Maintain record keeping files.
  5. Assist in preparing excel files for reporting.
  6. Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, maintain, install, and update all software and hardware problems for end-users. (audio/video, printers, Wi-Fi, cabling, networking, etc.).
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
  8. We provide on the job training.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Words, Excel and power point
  2. Language requirement (Must): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Tamil (Spoken and Writing)
  3. Ability to use and apply modern office methods, equipment and software, such as : Printer, electronic mail, fax machines, and etc.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. 6 months to 1 year experience ( preferred)
