Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Admin Assistant. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

  1. Responsible to manage for daily operations, administration, and ad-hoc matters.
  2. Assist Procurement team on receiving Purchasing orders.
  3. Assist Admin Executive on administrative duties including organizing calendar, handling & compilation of confidential matters, phone calls & faxes, couriers, letters, utilities billing, stationeries, office & outlet equipment / facilities and through on all matters requiring further action.
  4. To maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
  5. To handling other support task that are assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proven admin or assistant experience
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills
  7. Proficient in MS Office
  8. At least 1 year of experience in any admin/finance/IT-related field
  9. Diploma or equivalent
