The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,500 - RM 3,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:

  • Responsible in office general admin tasks.
  • Responsible and manage staff hostel matters.
  • Manage incoming / outgoing communications of calls, faxes and letters.
  • Stock control and procurement of office consumable items.
  • Maintaining and updating inventory records.
  • Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other administrative task as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary / Diploma in any field.
  • Skill: Microsoft office.
  • Able to communicate in mandarin and English.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
