We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Description
- Expected to work on several separate projects and will be expected to ensure that every project attains the highest design standard and is delivered in a profitable way.
- Assist to manage design and production processes for the architecture team to meet the quality, budget and timeframe set for projects. Also, to assist to review other projects for authority compliances.
- A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction, CC, contracts administration etc.
- Provide information on their projects to assist in the programming and resource allocation/management • attend and contribute to regular design reviews.
- Assist and support senior staff in their tasks of winning work.
- assist with the development of client contacts, identification of work opportunities and preparation of submission documents.
- Assist as required with the preparation and distribution of marketing material
Job Requirement
- Degree Architecture.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience.
- Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup/ Rhino, Photoshop) is necessary.
- Advantage to those proficiency in Revit, InDesign and rendering software such as Lumion/ V-ray.
- Must be familiar with Malaysia’s standard, building bylaws and authorities requirement.
- Liaise with authorities for relevant authorities’ approval.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working independently, multitasking, and work well with teams.
