As a competent company, we PEACE FURNITURE are looking for candidates for the position of assistant manager with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, experienced in Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and domiciled in Klang/Port Klang and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

PEACE Furniture : Assistant Manager
Job Scope :
– Manage business of all branches (presently 6 showrooms).
– Monitor sales and accounts of all branches
– Manage placing orders with suppliers
– Manage payments to suppliers
– Monitor supplier product performance and sales
– Prepare & update Reports : Sales report, Stock records, Accounts
– Liaise with Govt Agencies for license, permits, immigrations etc.
– Plan marketing strategy & showroom promotions (seasonal)
– Prepares annual & quarterly budget for Management’s approval
– Monitor staff performance and discipline
– Start & manage online sales on Lazada & Shoppe
– Start & manage online marketing on Facebook, Tiktok, etc
Requirement :-
- Able to regularly solat berjemaah with staffs
- Possess Own Transport and able to commute
- Proficient in Computer (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, etc).
- Fluent in B.M. & English. Preferably speak additional language
- Should be Responsible and Trustworthy. Able to independently work under pressure
- Preferably have experience in Furniture Industry
- Experience in Sales. Preferably knows about Online Marketing and Online Sales.

– Memantau jualan & akaun kesemua cawangan (kini 6 showroom)
– Berhubung dengan Pembekal (Supplier) & membuat pesanan
– Semak & proses Invois & Penyata Akaun dari Pembekal
– Memproses pembayaran kepada Pembekal
– Berhubung dengan bank, selaraskan Penyata Bank & Pedagang
– Mamantau tunai di cawangan – penerimaan & pembayaran
– Membuat lawatan cawangan untuk semak dan kemas kini rekod
– Memproses gaji kakitangan, bonus dan pembayaran komisyen
– Memproses & memantau pembayaran untuk penghantaran lori
– Memantau prestasi dan disiplin kakitangan
– Mampu kendali Jualan dalam talian (Lazada, Shoppe, Tiktok, dsb)
– Mampu kendali Pemasaran dalam talian (Facebook, Tiktok, dsb)
– Lain-lain kerja yang berkaitan
Keperluan:-
- Mampu menjaga solat berjemaah dengan kakitangan lain
- Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri dan boleh ulang-alik
- Mahir dalam Komputer (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, dsb).
- Fasih dalam B.M. dan Inggeris.
- Lebih baik jika boleh bertutur bahasa tambahan
- Harus Bertanggungjawab, berdikari dan Amanah dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Diutamakan jika mempunyai pengalaman dalam Industri Perabot
- Berpengalaman dalam Sales
- Sebaiknya jika tahu tentang Pemasaran Dalam Talian dan Jualan Dalam Talian.
