This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 4,000 - RM 5,500, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description 

  • Development and Implementation of project management strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Liaise and communicate with landlord’s leasing team and local authority requirement for new outlet opening and outlet closure
  • To prepare and run through LOO and Tenancy Agreement.
  • To make survey and identify appropriate sites opportunity for business development planning.
  • Monitor the operation of in charged retail outlets to ensure operations system and procedures are being followed to achieve the outlet’s sales target.
  • Assist in supervise the outlet staff to ensure all outlet operation efficiently and adherence of SOP and safety & security procedures.
  • Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards and monitor customer service standards.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • Plan, conceptualize, manage and execute event / campaign in a timely manner according to requirement;
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or any other equivalent holders
  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
  • Dynamic personality with strong communication, organisation, problem solving, follow up & interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work during weekend or public holiday
