We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Associate, Client Acceptance. For those of you who live in Johor and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Vistra Corporate Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial with at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

  • Collection of documents from clients for purposes of onboarding, trigger review and or periodic review processes by using the agreed list of documents.
  • Track work status and regularly chase clients or relevant parties to ensure service delivery requirements are met.
  • Perform checks for completeness of documents submitted by clients and follow-up on any delays and deficiency on KYC documents.
  • Perform name screening and searches on prospective and existing clients and payee using the approved screening tool/platform.
  • Conduct due diligence and background checks on adverse findings e.g. via Google/Baidu searches.
  • Provide appropriate documentation for name screening alerts generated from ongoing monitoring
  • Liaise with relevant teams for additional information and escalate true hits to respective stakeholders
  • Perform, review and clear transactional and name screening alerts
  • Ensure adherence to standards and procedure
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and project work as assigned

Key requirements

  • Effective client-handling skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, good organisation skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to excel under pressure for meeting any tight deadlines
  • Traditional Mandarin and Simplified Mandarin language skill is an added advantage.
