We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Business Development Executive营销专员 in our company, Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn Bhd.. For candidates who reside in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu & Selangor and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

In line with our Group’s expansion, we are seeking dynamic and highly experienced individuals to apply for the Business Development Executive in KL, Penang, JB and KK.
Responsibilities:
1) Development of New Client Base and Conducting Enrolments Activities:
- Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Conduct proactive outreach and engage in sales activities to generate leads.
2) Planning Online and Offline Events:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online and offline events.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and provide on-site support as needed.
3) Following up with Clients to Achieve Enrolment Goals:
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to drive enrolment.
- Follow up on leads, conduct follow-up calls, and track progress towards enrolment goals.
4) Explaining Course Learning Methods and After-Sales Services:
- Clearly explain the learning methods and benefits of our courses to clients.
- Educate clients about our after-sales services, such as support and resources available.
5) Following up on Client Progress and Effective Communication:
- Regularly check in with enrolled clients to monitor their progress and satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree 1+ years in sales or business development industry
- Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the work nature and clients are Mandarin speakers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel outstations
