This position is open to Malaysian applicants who are willing and available to work full-time onsite in the Philippines. We will provide relocation support to the successful candidates, arrangements will be discussed during the HR Interview stage.
Salary Range: RM 5.5k-7.5k *Based on experience and results of interview, with additional KPI incentive
Working Schedule: Shifting, 2 days-off per week, 9 working hours with 1 hours break
Office: Makati City, Manila, Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and maintain China acquisition channels to drive sales growth.
- Research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend strategies to penetrate new markets and bring in new sales leads.
- Convert inquiries from channels to be our clients and ensure they kick start the business within a specified time frame.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by explaining our business, answering their queries, and addressing their concerns.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals or agreements with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Collect feedback from clients and relay them to the relevant department for effective resolution of issues and adding value to the business.
- Suggest and prepare monthly marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, special collaterals to boost business targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English languages.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service role is highly desirable.
- Familiar with China market is an advantage.
- Willing to work under shifting schedule
- Analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to align with overall department and company direction.
- Positive, objective focus, and strong reasoning attitude is a must.
