Responsibilities:
- Ensure company’s interests are protected in commercial negotiations.
- Lead and/or coordinate in commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and provide support with commercial proposals and scenario analyses.
- Review the commercial implications of business decisions.
- Coordinate response to queries from business partners.
- Ensure Company is well-represented at industry and trade groups.
- Assist the Head, Commercial and Economics with reporting and etc
Requirements
- Senior role: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Junior role: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements and Sales Agreements.
- Experience with commercial negotiations and economics.
- Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills.
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.
- Experience with major oil and gas projects.
- Experience in negotiating oil and gas contracts.
- Fluent in oral & written English.
