Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the architect of our brand’s narrative, championing our innovative products and enhancing our market presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Understand key markets, always up to date on market competition and product development.
- Provide estimation and negotiate a profitable deal between both parties for short- and long-term business plans.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensure customer’s data are updated on a regular basis.
- Conduct periodic sales appointments for both existing and new clients.
- Provides a culture of exceptional customer service experience.
- Collects and shares voice of customers for improvement.
- Facilitates the resolution of issues within stipulated time.
- Execute countermeasures by identifying the root cause of complaint.
- Maintains consistent contact with customers by providing timely responses.
Requirements:
- Diploma, and/or Degree in any discipline.
- Must be able to converse fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Willing to learn the knowledge of the industry.
- Independent and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion to facilitate resolution of problems and alleviate conflicts tactfully.
