We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Customer Service. For candidates who reside in Johor and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Bowlman Furniture Sdn Bhd and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Services & Customer Service with a minimum Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Process online enquiries and feedback from social media and other online platforms.
- Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
- Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively
- Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of related working experience in Customer Service background
- Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Must be willing to work in Simpang Renggam
- Required language Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
