Position Summary
Responsible for customers’ order management, communication, and service in Custom Production.
Main Responsibilities and Authority
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or electronically.
- Update daily shipment order configuration on the Navision system.
- Communicate with customers on orders, and delay in shipment.
- Handling customers’ Sales Force cases in a timely manner.
- Manage to communicate and understand customers’ requirements, manage to fulfil customers’ orders, and coordinate to handle various customer queries or requirements, etc.
- Monitor and manage to beat the target of customer satisfaction, OTD, and TAT, and continuously improve the KPIs for customers.
- Optimize customers’ order handling process to meet or exceed customers’ requirements.
- Coordinate between customers and WH and planning/purchaser (internal and external) to fulfil customer orders effectively and efficiently.
- Meet delivery KPI as set by the company.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Responsible for customer survey and analysis reports of key accounts, suggesting corrective & preventive actions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- System support demanding and optimization.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying them to areas of responsibility.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
The person
- Bachelor’s Degree/diploma and above
- Above 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good customer communication skills
- Good material/production planning & order management skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good computer skill
- Details focus. Logical thinking. High responsibility.
