You are also required to perform these job functions:
- Follow up with Branch Manager regards to vehicle delivery status on behalf of customers.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to our customer.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Highlight / escalate complaints to the relevant department for their immediate attention and action.
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to customer emails.
- To resolve minor disputes / misunderstanding between customer and dealer (sales / service).
Who are we looking for?
- Preferable with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese.
- Skilled and eloquent in writing.
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Old Klang Road area.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
- Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.
