> Listen to customers concerns, issues, and questions.
> Support to ansver customer inquiries regarding the products and services, and related process if
required.
> Handling customers’ complaints and support further if required to ensure that customer’s
problems are solved promptly and maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
> Provide customers with information about products and services, take orders, and process
returns.
> Helping customers to understand the product and answering questions about their transaction
and all concerns.
> Refer issues and questions to related departments in case of customers issues cannot be handled
immediatelv and need further troubleshooting, need to follow up \rith customers after the first interaction to inform them once the issue is resolved or update them on the progress.
> Keep recording and updating allcontact history information,and transactions into the system.
Salary: Startfrom 20,00 TIIB++ (EvbJde:KPis Incentive,Diligent Allowance, Shifl:Allowance, etc.)
