We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager (Thailand). For those of you who live in Thailand and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 8,000 - RM 12,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities

–      To lead the finance team for the whole spectrum of finance including costing function, treasury, and taxation matters for Thailand operations.

–      To provide constructive analysis for monthly financial performance on certain key items to local Thailand Management and Headquarter (HQ)

–      To participate and assist Thailand management in achieving the targeted gross profit margin set by HQ

–      To participate and advise Thailand management on production utilization, efficiency and material yield of the Company from the financial point of view

–      Responsible to maintain costing database; set up costing mechanism for new part, determine the rates (machine and labour), analyse the variances and revise standard costing annually.

–      To work with and assist the production in achieving optimum inventory level & targeted inventory days set by HQ and ensure no MRB inventory at all times 

–      Responsible for all tax matters including tax planning in order to achieve an optimal effective tax rate for the company and always keep abreast of latest tax rules and any changes thereof. Familiarity with the tax incentives (BOI & others) offered by the local government will be a great advantage

–      Able to liaise effectively with auditors, tax agent, bankers and local government departments.

–      To ensure operational and financial controls are in place and in line with HQ and Company’s stipulated policies & procedures at all times

–      To handle any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Working experience in multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with ERP computerized accounting software (Infor Syteline) and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, ability to lead and work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Strong sense of urgency and work responsiveness
  • Possess good English to communicate effectively and computer literacy is a must.
  • Mandarin speaking.
  • Willing to work in Thailand.
