- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support Positive Plus growth objectives,
- focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media,
- email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO),
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data-driven approaches, making necessary optimisations to drive results.
- Manage website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and showcases our offerings effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
– Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
– Experience with lead generation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
– Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
– Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different
audiences.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with internal and external stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Reporting to the Owner of the business, you will be responsible for driving the social media strategy reach and engagement. You will be a natural storyteller with an interest in Tech and a desire to work in a busy and varied role.
Experience with Australia market will be a plus
