Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

JOB PURPOSE
• Responsible for expediting deliveries of each PO assigned from Material Purchase Section as per PO contractual delivery date or required on site date (ROS) with close monitoring in VDRL movement, coordination in source inspection activities, efficient and effective communication between external and internal customers ie vendors, PMT, engineering, quality department etc until client’s acceptance. To be exposed as the Lead Expeditor for future project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiates supply chain plans, strategies, roadmap, initiatives, and procurement tools to bring down overall costs (example: through involvement in negotiation during bidding stage) and enhance product/service reliability.
• Review and keep track of budget and utilization to ensure that expenses are within approved budget.
• Review and keep track performance measurement criteria/ indicators based on industry best practices and benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement.
• Responsible for business partnering with respective business units in bidding & commercial process, projects and other operations with regards to purchase of materials and services, and material management and logistics solutions.
• Responsible to explore and venture new project opportunity to assist Business Development team (i.e. customer survey from client).
• Responsible to ensure SCM improvement initiatives achieve divisional excellence and improve Supply Chain processes, current work style, practices, policies, procedures, etc. that would result in measurable cost and non-cost benefits, and at the same time design and manage comprehensive control and monitoring mechanism to protect the integrity of the supply chain activities.
• Responsible to maintain close relationship with relevant parties (e.g. Local Authorities, internal & external customers, source inspection team, etc.) and suppliers to facilitate smooth connection within parties to deliver the divisional objectives.
• Provide on job coaching and identifying skill and knowledge enhancement required for development through Internal and External training.
• Participate training related with job scope to develop and close by the competency & performance gap for the career development.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, motivating and conducive work environment that promotes a culture of excellence and a global championship mind-set with the objective of improving productivity, maintaining standards of service, promoting industrial harmony as well as instilling discipline and integrity.
• Support HSE initiatives and comply with HSE rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and requirement.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• More than 5 years relevant experience in supply chain management within heavy engineering and oil & gas industries.
