We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Graphic Design & Workplace Management Specialist. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, and able to under a contract working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description
Branding Operation
- Assist Huawei in building an integrated administrative brand.
- Be responsible for daily publicize planning and art design, including but not limited to VI, poster design, and short video production.
- Be responsible for the planning and follow-up of various corporate activities and the production of summary or achievements highlights.
- Have own independent insights on brand operation and novel ideas
- Be able to independently perform publicize operations such as video clipping, poster production, and huawei public account operation, Sort out design documents, materials, powerpoint and reports.
- Professional ability of publicity production and composition design, and skillful in using photoshop/illustrator 3dsmax/coreldraw, or any publicity production software such as Capcut/PowerDirector/Canva/Chat GPT etc.
- Other ac-hoc task require by HOD or LOM.
Space management:
- Collect, enter, and verify workstation data according to the Space Data Maintenance Process, including uploading and modifying drawings and allocating department information, to ensure that basic data is accurate and complete in a timely manner.
- On-site workstation count: including functional space example store room, locker or cabinet, workstation or meeting room, and analyse the utilization rate, to ensure that the data is consistent with the actual situation.
- Develop and execute workspace requirement implementation solutions: Support Space Manager in developing solutions and detailed allocation, moving, and recycling solutions for local sites.
- Develop data analysis briefings on a monthly basis and publicize them in the local site management committee to support the improvement of site utilization efficiency.
- Provide optimization suggestions for operating systems such as Tririga and participate in new function tests.
- Office 5S management.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties.
Job Requirement
- Deploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Social Media Marketing , Environment Art or Space Management or relevant field.
- Majors in news broadcasting/ brand marketing/ cultural media, advertising design/ animation design and production.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, please attach your personal work to your resume;
- Have strong subjective initiative, be good at thinking, observing carefully, love learning, self-discipline and modest.
- Obey the arrangement of superiors, have a correct attitude, and be able to put forward fruitful opinions
- Good communication and coordination skills & good writing skill
- Proficiency with computers, especially graphic design tools, MS excel & powerpoint, social media apps, The application of photography technology and multimedia AI software is preferred.
- Clear logical thinking, serious, meticulous, and strong expression ability;
- Have teamwork spirit, have a strong upward mentality, and be able to withstand the pressure brought by the fast work pace.
- Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline oriented environment.
- High level of efficiency and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Have a good attitude, be willing to accept the flexible work arrangement of superiors, and have certain loyalty and stability to the enterprise.
