Responsibilities:

  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated to employees and followed consistently throughout the organization
  •  Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation, and ensuring all required documents are completed accurately.
  • Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, leave records, and other HR-related documents. Ensure that all employee records are maintained in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee queries related to compensation and benefits. Ensure that employees are provided with accurate and timely information regarding their compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations matters, including handling employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  •  Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of the company’s performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in performance management activities.
  • HR Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including headcount reports, turnover reports, and other HR metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior HR personnel for strategic decision making.
  • General Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks, including office management, coordination of office supplies and equipment, maintenance of office facilities, and other administrative duties as assigned.
