As a Business Development Executive, you will be liaising with mall management, managing the tenant agreements and licensing of the outlets operation. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:
Responsibilities:
- Various Agreements Preparation and Reviewing
- Licensing Tenancy Monitoring
- Follow-Up on emails with the mall management
- Various Business Related Licenses Application
- Perform administrative work and support functions
- Maintain, update and filing the records of transaction
- Data entry into system on a daily basis
- Any other duties assigned as and when it required
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any relevant field of study
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Excellent at writing emails, good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy
- Must be able to work at Puchong
