We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of IT Support in our company, I&E CONVERGE SDN. BHD.. For candidates who reside in Puchong and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin and possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level of technical support on network and ELV-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software issues.
- Escalate any critical issues/incidents identified to the Engineers for more detailed investigation.
- To assist in the configuration, installation, deployment and delivery of projects.
- Carry out installation, replacement and minor repairs of hardware such as switch, UPS and CCTV as required.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, and support activities as required by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in computing science, information technology or any related field.
- Experience in the network-related field will be an added advantage.
- Understand about network, security and ELV.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field.
- Must possess strong self-learning skills and willingness to learn.
- Applicants must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Able to work after working hours or weekends, on-site or off-site if there is anything urgent or unexpected issue arises.
- Can work with minimal supervision and independently.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Open to Malaysian only
