Job Description
- To assist daily administration / operation task, filling & documentation
- Receiving call & handle customer enquiry, quotations and all sales support related matters
- You are required to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all applicable products and services provided from Company
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
- Keep the showroom space tidy and organized
- Ensure the smooth running of the showroom on a daily basis
- Keep common areas organized and office always stocked with necessary supplies
