We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Junior Technical Support. For candidates who reside in Kuala Lumpur & Puchong and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at HPE SOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Hardware with a minimum Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Junior Onsite Technical Support.
- Onsite support ticket within Selangor and KL.
- Computer troubleshoot include Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud Apps.
- Escalate to Senior if technical problem and follow-up solutions.
- Proactive to response on customer ticket and provide end-to-end support.
- Assist on Network and Server troubleshooting (Senior Remote).
Background
- Diploma and IT related.
- Good in English (Read/Write/Speak).
- Min 1 years in IT Support Technical experience.
- Good work attitude, attendance and punctual on work.
- Own transport to visit customer.
- Willing to overtime for IT project.
