We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function, major in any specific division i.e. HR Management, Recruitment, OHSA implementation and process etc

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Task

·       Maintain HR Records (Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking) of each staff in a proper and efficient manner.

·       Review/Create memo for internal and external use.

·       Prepare letter in relation on staff movement (letter of appointment, confirmation of employment, resignation acceptance, promotion, disciplinary action and etc.

·       Liaise with all government agencies to ensure company adhere to government rules & regulations

·       Execute and handling foreign workers matters.

·       Administrative & Organize company events.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including Job posting, screening and selection, conduct behavioral interview & interview arrangement, conduct reference check, and make job offer.
  • Guide hiring managers through entire recruitment process.
  • Responsible for both on boarding and off boarding process

·       Provide administration support on all HR functions such as daily attendance report, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Monthly Task

·       Review Advance / Loan Report monthly before get approval from HR Director.

·       Review Invoice from Panel Clinic & Manpower Outsource before process payment to Finance Department.

·       Observe and calculate overtime for every pay period in accordance to deadline set in payroll system.

·       Observe all leaves in payroll system before proceed for payroll.

·       Process Company’s payroll for every pay period and ensure timely delivery of all payment in accordance to deadline set.

·       Review statutory reports i.e.EPF, SOSCO & EIS & payment on a timely manner (Monthly Statutory Payments).

·       Review monthly personal and department KPI

·       Review OHSA compliance, make sure everyone in fair practice and follow the rules and regulations.

Yearly Task

·       Process Yearly Form EA

·       Calculate staffs’ eligibility on Annual Leave to bring forward.

·       Generate Stock Take report for Petty Cash, Uniform & Stationery to update HR Director.

·       Housekeeping for HR payroll system (Info Tech).

·       Prepare yearly Appraisal Form for each dept HOD to review staffs’ performance.

·       Update employee handbook yearly according to the updated Company / Government rules.

Skill / Knowledge & Certification:

Education Level

·       Minimum of Diploma in Human Resource Management / Management / Business Administration.

Working Experience

·       At least 3 years’ experience in similar position. Nevertheless, fresh graduated also may be accepted if pass the test.

Special Skill/knowledge

·       Being able to resolve problems efficiency.

Motivated to learn and grow.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Able to work with all levels of people.

·       Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.

·       Committed, mature, have pleasant disposition and able to work independently.

·       Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws, company’s rules & regulation.
