We are offering a salary of RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description

As our HR & Admin Executive, you will be maintaining HR processes and office administration. You’ll assist a wide range of HR tasks, assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions. You are expected to assist up-to-date with HR policies and labour law and highly responsible in confidential data.

  • Responsible for office administration, human resources, and operations.
  • Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource and office admin.
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company standards and work procedures.
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff.
  • Manage and prepare staff attendance, leave management record, etc.
  • Assist on recruitments in posting job ads on careers pages, processing received resumes and selection process.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by Management when required.
  • Prepare HR-related documents including letters and memos.
  • Manage employees’ database and ensure employee records are updated.
  • Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
  • Manage Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for ALL Training (Training Grant, Training Claim, etc)
  • Responsible to collect staff monthly claims and to do final review process includes checking all the original receipt attach as per claim form, obtain approval from the Manager/HOD and calculate the final amount for every monthly staff’s claim submission.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials & keeping confidential information.
  • Ensure efficient of day-to-day operation in the office & Regulatory Affairs dept Administration duties. 
  • Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or its equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
  • Well organised with high sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
  • Understanding or employment laws and regulations is an added advantage
  • Effective communication skills to handle matters relating to employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
