Job Description :
Include creative social media content creators to represent the brand from ideating to creating engaging content on the brand social media platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, IG Post, Facebook, EDM). The talented candidate will be actively required to drive engagement by creating high-quality creative & tasteful content.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing & managing the company’s social media campaigns, creative marketing planning & strategies.
- Plan, produce and optimise social posts, marketing campaigns and live hosting across all social media accounts.
- Ideate and create highly creative & tasteful copywriting and compelling visual content for the brand social media platforms to maintain strong online presence.
- Create sense of community among the followers through UGC content creation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with & creative team for new launch, promotion mechanics and other related messages to generate buzz.
- Develop new business opportunities via engagement with relevant influencers, KOL.
- Responding to comments on each of our social media accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Organise, manage, and participate in new product launching activities (Live Host), promotional events, conferences as well as exhibitions.
- Problem solver, working closely with the team members to reflect on the analytics and how to improve further.
- A team player, supporting team members by taking individual tasks, and helping the marketing team to meet key goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Management/ Mass Communications/ Advertising/ Fashion
- Fluent with Social Media tools; Canva, Later, Trello, Hootsuite, Google Workspace
- Proven experience managing social media accounts & creating engaging content.
- A flair for creating engaging, fun, and eye-catching content.
- A go getter with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fashion enthusiast, creative, and good analytical skills
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns
- Good appearance
This will be added advantage. We will provide the education and training on above matter.
