We are seeking a motivated and creative 3D Event Design Intern to join our team and assist in the creation of visually stunning event designs and renderings. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event design industry while working on a variety of exciting projects. As an intern, you will collaborate with our experienced event design team to bring event concepts to life in a three-dimensional virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and creation of 3D renderings, visualizations, and virtual walk-throughs of event spaces, booths, stages, and other elements using specialized software (e.g., 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Support the selection and integration of appropriate furniture, lighting, props, decorations, and audiovisual elements to enhance the overall ambiance and theme of the event.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of design concepts and proposals to clients, providing visual materials and explanations to help them visualize the final event setup.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing design files, maintaining design libraries, and managing project documentation.
- Support the team during the event setup and dismantling stages, ensuring that the final result matches the original design concept.
- Embrace learning opportunities and actively seek feedback to continually improve design skills.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as 3D design, architecture, interior design, or related disciplines. However, equivalent experience or self-taught proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools can also be considered.
- Passion for event design, creativity, and an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software, such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar tools. Willingness to learn and develop proficiency in these tools during the internship.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
