KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting Japanese immigrant in obtaining visas, enrolling in international school, setting up companies, introducing properties and creating Web content.
- Interacting with client via email and online.
- Responsible for responding and attending client’s enquiries and requests.
- Manage the visa application process (MM2H, SMM2H and others) and assist on property viewings, assets management and maintenance.
- Update English information on company website
- Research and development new partners and referrals.
- Work flexible through online.
Skills & Experiences
- Min 2 years relevant experience in a real estate or immigration support role.
- JLPT proficiency: N2 OR above, because this role requires to interact with Japanese clients.
- Possess own car and able to travel upon client’s requirements.
- Basic operating system skills and IT literacy.
