Description
QUALITY ASSURANCE – CALL CENTRE
The QA Officer (English & Bahasa Malaysia speaking) is responsible for the quality of the outbound calls in Ekiwi Malaysia’s Tele Sales call center environment. Daily job scope is to monitor the effectiveness of the outbound calls made by Tele Sales agents, and ensure accuracy of the data collected from customers for successful order fulfillment.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Working daily with Tele Sales agents in an outbound call center environment.
Listening and evaluating the call records of the Tele Sales and Customer service teams.
Provide feedback on Tele Sales agent’s performance in customer engagement for opening and closing sales through sales scripts.
Ensure the validity & accuracy of the data collected from customers for successful order fulfillment.
Evaluate the call quality of Sales & Customer Service based on score cards in a timely & accurate manner.
Work with the Quality Control team and Sales team to improve Tele Sales Agent’s sales scripts.
Translate documents and script written in Malaysia language to English and vice versa.
Other duties as assigned
Working Hours : Rotation basis included weekend & public Holiday
(2 shift : 9am-6pm & 12pm-9pm)
Salary Package : Basic + Parking Allowance
